Bruce Buckrop has been a practicing Debtor's attorney for over 35 years in Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa. Mr. Buckrop was born and raised in Rock Island, Illinois where he graduated from Rock Island high school. He received his Bachelor of Arts fro St. Ambrose University. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Buckrop attends two Bankruptcy Conferences annually ensuring that he stays up to date on the latest in the law. In addition, he is a member of several State and National Associations such as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Federal Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Rock Island County Bar Association. When Quad Cities News Organizations need an expert on bankruptcy they often turn to Mr. Buckrop for his input.
In addition to being an experienced attorney, Mr. Buckrop is a happily married father of three and grandfather of three. In his spare time, Mr. Buckrop enjoys playing hockey and basketball as well as horseback riding, canoing and camping with friends and family.
